The Team
Each practitioner who joins us brings not only skill and knowledge, but a deep commitment to walking alongside others in their wellness journey. We are here to create a space that is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in purpose—where both clients and practitioners feel empowered to grow, thrive, and do meaningful work. Together, we are building something special: a team that’s driven by heart, guided by integrity, and focused on helping people heal from the inside out.

Her passion lies in creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to heal from the inside out.

Kayla Fitzpatrick
Postural Alignment Specialist
Kayla’s passion for movement and body alignment began early, with decades of experience in dance and teaching. That lifelong love of movement eventually led her to advanced certifications in posture alignment and exercise therapy through the Egoscue Institute.
Now, she works with clients virtually—offering highly personalized posture therapy sessions over Zoom that are just as impactful as in-person work. Her approach helps reduce pain, improve alignment, and restore balance in the body—all from the comfort of your own home.
Kayla brings a warm, attentive presence to every session and takes time to truly understand your unique needs. She specializes in finding the root of pain and guiding you through targeted movement to restore balance.
